Small Group Training

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

MBS hosts small group training sessions by the Tabban Shape Program.

Our small group training program in Prahran & South Yarra offers affordable, intimate training with a maximum of four people per session. Each exercise is modified to your skill level and made to challenge you.

The Tabban Shape Program also offers packs for discounted sessions, as well as a 20 week transformation package.

Take your fitness journey to the next level by stepping on stage! The Tabban Shape Program specialises in preparing competitors for a vast range of federations and categories. The full package includes training, nutrition, regular check-ins and posing classes. Tabban competitors have won several international and local shows, while others are keen first-timers after a challenge.
