MBSFIT is a results-driven training program performed in a small group ranging from 1-4 members. At MBS, we believe that group training is both supportive and encouraging and also provides a sense of community.
The program is broken down into 4 unique training sessions. Over the course of a week, you will have completed a balanced and effective workout.
Track and monitor your results through one-on-one assistance with our qualified coaches. Progress meetings will be conducted regularly and include Body Composition Scans, Strength & Fitness Tests, and Personlised Nutrition Programs.
