MBSFIT 12 Week Body Transformation Challenge

WHAT NOW?
It has been so rewarding for the MBSFIT Coaches to see the motivation and effort you have all been putting in. As we had hoped and planned, we are starting to see some really great results in regards to each client’s strength progression, weight loss and/or muscle gains.
 
That being said, it is important to keep the momentum going and drive the second half of the challenge home! On April 16th, we will be doing our Mid-Challenge Composition Scans, Progress Photos and assess nutrition plans. This way we are able to monitor your progression and make any necessary adjustments so you get the most out of these last 6 weeks. We want to ensure that you receive the relevant tools and support to successfully achieve your targeted goals.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Please be advised that you need to book in your 30 minute Assessment Meet at front desk this week.

We encourage you to wear shorts and crop top/bikini for your personal progress photo.

Progress shots are such a great way to be reminded of what you have achieved from beginning, middle to the end.

Also, a friendly reminder to update the MBSFIT Diary.
Our Coaches check the diary every day to gain as much insight on what you do outside the gym walls to ensure they are doing everything possible to fast track your personalised goals – so please try to remain accountable!

POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT

On another note, we wanted to take this opportunity to say we have been really pleased with the turn out to the weekly BOOTCAMPS and it’s been refreshing to see the motivation and dedication levels within these sessions as well.

The Saturday BOOTCAMPS are in conjunction with the MBSFIT 12 Week Challenge so don’t forget to book in at front desk for this Saturday (8.30am).
