Our gym is fully equipped for strength training, boxing, cardio, functional training, and outdoor training so no matter what kind of fitness you enjoy, you’re sure to feel right at home here at MBSGYM.

Variety & Facilities

As well as our 24-hour service, we also offer various classes during the day, which is available to each of our members.

These include;

MBSBOX – This interval training boxing workout is designed to increase energy, strength, power, and speed, and is regularly scheduled at various points throughout the day. These classes also utilise a heart rate monitoring tool that improves accountability and effort.

Yoga – If you want to work on improving your body and mind connection, yoga is the perfect way to do so whilst stretching your tired and worked muscles.

Bodyweight strength mobility – This class allows participants to benefit from the freedom of movement that’s brought about by dynamic bodyweight exercises.

MBSFIT bootcamp – A high intensity interval training class, your trainer will guide you through a large variety of strength and conditioning, aerobic and functional training exercises in our South Yarra bootcamp.

Personal Training

Drawing from 30 years of experience, everyone at MBSGYM aims to provide the support and services needed for you to achieve your fitness goals in a motivating and friendly atmosphere. We are aware that motivation is what pushes you to get started, but habit is the key to keeping you going, and habit is what we strive to instil in each of our clients, especially when they undertake personal training sessions with us in Prahran.

Good Vibes

We’re all about creating a productive work environment where our clients can feel comfortable and fully at ease when working out. We’ll be standing by when you need us whether you’re training at 10AM or 10PM.

Affordable Rates

We don’t want money to get in the way of you getting healthy which is why our membership rates are very affordable. We’re also offering a free trial to everyone who’s interested so you can check out all of our facilities without spending a dime.
