You don’t have to just rely on free weights at MBS. We offer a fully kitted out strength training with every machine you can think to build your strength and muscle mass.

The Matrix Cage provides the perfect weight training environment to build the strong, lean, mean physique you desire. This is where award-winning bodybuilding physiques are built – this is the physical conditioning cage.

Cardio Area

Get sweating and pushing your fitness levels in our cardio area. WWe know cardio makes lots of people groan, but we’ve decked out our cardio area with so many different machines that you’re bound to find something you actually!

Functional Training

When you’re seeking out a bodybuilding gym, a good free weights area is critical. Teaching your muscles to work and train together is critical so practising functional movement is an important element of your bodybuilding programme. Our Melbourne functional training gym is fully equiped with everything you might need to train.

Outdoor Training Area

When the sun is beaming down outside, it can be tough to have the motivation to train indoors. That’s why we offer an outdoor bodybuilding training area, providing you with a space kitted out with a range of different circuit equipment so that you can easily move your bodybuilding training outdoors.

Here at MBS GYM, we complement our state-of-the-art strength and conditioning facilities with high impact personal training programmes, delivered by our expert team of qualified coaches. If you want to truly take your bodybuilding efforts to the next level, then you need to take up an MBSFit personal training programme.

We offer two great different packages which include weekly personal training sessions, with an end-to-end nutritional and training programme designed to help you achieve your goals. Our MBSFit Silver package includes the option to take 2 personal training sessions per week with our coaches while enjoying unlimited access to all areas of the gym as well as free entry all to group fitness classes. Our elite MBSFit Gold packages are perfect for those who want to get really serious about their training, with 4 personal training session per week as well as unlimited gym and class access for 3 months.

Our 12 week personal training programmes include regular body composition scans and fitness tests to assess your performance and progression. To keep you motivated and to ensure an exciting and engaging training programme, we vary our personal training sessions several times through our 12 week programme to include a mix of strength training, hypertrophy and time-based challenges.
