WHAT'S INCLUDED

Our Group Fitness Classes are included in all MBS Memberships
and require no bookings. Catered to all skill levels, our classes
create a safe environment to practice and develop new skills.

Our Bootcamp is a mix of HIIT and Strength Training in circuit style
workouts that are different every class, allowing you to progress.

Boxing is an hour of explosive, high intensity drills to hone your
technique, speed and power on the bags or pads.

Complete your week with our Vinyasa Yoga, allowing you to
stretch your muscles and increase mobility.
