Hi there MBSFIT members!

We hope you are getting excited for the MBSFIT 12 Week Body Transformation Challenge which officially begins on March 5th! As you may recall from our last email we sent regarding all the details and major components of the Challenge, one of those components was providing you with the MBSFIT Blog – a platform that enables a community between the MBS staff and its members and will be an informative and inspirational source to anything related to the gym and the MBSFIT program.

We at MBS are very excited to say that the time has finally arrived for our blog to go live and look forward to interacting with you through your body transformation. It is time to get the ball officially rolling and get a team atmosphere happening and support each other in our goals. We will keep you informed on upcoming bootcamps, strength tests and weekly cardio workouts as well as posting healthy recipes, inspirational content and the tools to help motivate.


As we mentioned, The Challenge starts on March 5th which is where you will have your first official composition scan and personalised nutrition plan set out for each of you. We will be taking your ‘before shot’ so please remember to bring your shorts/and or crop top. After your first composition scan and ‘before shot’, you will feel that the journey to your body transformation has officially begun!!! This is because there is no better way to measure your progress and most importantly be reminded of what you have achieved.


To give you that extra bit of motivation and a sense of accomplishment, we are providing prizes at the end of The Challenge too! The prizes will be for three different aspects so that everyone has a chance to win something that aligns with their personalized goals.  The prizes are as follows:
