As we promised you, our Saturday morning BOOTCAMPS will incorporate taking you outside MBS headquarters from time to time for some fun outdoor activities in order to spice up the sessions.
We will be taking you all ROCK CLIMBING!!!
WHY ROCK CLIMBING?
We thought rock climbing would not only be a great physical activity, but one that will also really highlight why you have adopted the MBSFIT LIFESTYLE – rock climbing is a team sport, and although we train for ourselves, you know by now that we all start together and finish together. So why not bring the coaches and fellow members together and do a team activity and enforce that MBSFIT lifestyle! We want you to feel part of a community and know you have the support, friendship and trust when being a part of our program.
FITNESS BENEFITS OF ROCK CLIMBING
Rock climbing is also one of the best total body workouts. Climbing uses a lot of muscle groups, both in the upper and lower body. Your back, abdominal and leg muscles all get exercised as well as your shoulders and arms. Rock climbing can improve stamina as well as muscle strength. In addition, all the reaching and stretching improves flexibility and agility.
These benefits will contribute to your goals for the 12 Week Challenge!
