Our personal training academy in Prahran incorporates three different training styles into four sessions, each one designed to target a specific area of your body and hone your fitness skills.Our Four Sessions:
- Session 1: Lower Body. We believe that in order to build a healthy and fit body, you must start from the ground up.
- Session 2: Chest and Back. We take these two large, opposing muscle groups and train them to build your body’s muscle mass and strength.
- Session 3: Full Body Strength and Stretching. Our strength exercises and stretching sessions are designed to push your entire body past its limits to achieve your goals.
- Session 4: High Intensity Interval Training. For our last session, we switch to cardio and alternate between periods of high-intensity and low-intensity workouts to ensure you build up a sweat.
Our Three Training Styles:
- Strength training works by applying resistance to your movements, thereby providing a force against which your muscles need to work. This style improves the strength and tone of your muscles by testing your peak abilities.
- This style focuses on muscle gains and is designed to induce full body growth quickly and effectively.
- Time Based. Rather than aiming to hit a specific number of reps, focusing on timed sets can directly influence the intensity of the exercise and result in huge benefits for the size and strength of your muscles.
