We incorporate a range of three different workout styles across four separate sessions in order to continuously shock and challenge your body. Our four sessions each target a different aspect of your body and fitness.- Session 1 focuses on your lower body, ensuring your body gets the building blocks it needs for proper support.
- Session 2 works your chest and back, targeting two large muscle groups in order to build your body’s mass and strength.
- Session 3 is a full body strength and stretching session designed to push your body past its limits.
- Finally, session 4 focuses on High Intensity Interval Training, a workout switching between periods of high-intensity and low-intensity to really get your heart beating.
- Our first style is strength training. Strength training improves the strength and tone of your muscles by applying resistance to your movements and giving your muscles a force to work against.
- Next, we have hypertrophy. This style focuses on muscle gain rather than strength gain and induces growth across the whole body in a quick and effective workout.
- Finally, our time-based style of exercise influences the intensity of the workout by focussing on timed sets rather than a specific number of sets. This can have huge benefits for the size and strength of your muscles.
