How do our personal training programs work?

We utilise a range of three different styles into four separate sessions.

Our three unique styles:

  • Strength Training. This style applies resistance to your movements and gives your muscles a force to work against, improving the overall strength and tone of your muscles.
  • Rather than focussing on strength gain, this style focuses on muscle gain, and induces full body growth quickly and effectively.
  • Time Based Training. This style utilises timed sets over sets consisting of a number of reps. It is designed to increase the intensity of the workout.

Our Four Sessions:

  • Lower body. In order to build a healthy and balanced body, we believe that you must work from the ground up.
  • Chest and Back. This session focuses on building your body’s muscle mass and strength.
  • Full Body Strength and Stretching. Our challenging strength and conditioning sessions target your entire body in a series of strength-based exercises.
  • High Intensity Interval Training. Our HIIT session focuses on alternating periods of high-intensity and low-intensity cardio exercises.
