• 1 low carb bread slice
  • 1/2 cup avocado, cubed
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 4 tbsp. reduced fat feta, crumbled
  • Cracked pepper
  1. Add the avocado in a small bowl and mash
  2. Toast the bread to liking and spread the avocado over the top
  3. Evenly add the slices of tomato on the bread and sprinkle the feta over the top
  4. Season with cracked pepper
  5. Serve
