Ingredients
- 1 low carb bread slice
- 1/2 cup avocado, cubed
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 4 tbsp. reduced fat feta, crumbled
- Cracked pepper
Method
- Add the avocado in a small bowl and mash
- Toast the bread to liking and spread the avocado over the top
- Evenly add the slices of tomato on the bread and sprinkle the feta over the top
- Season with cracked pepper
- Serve
